Shipping & Returns

We can ship to virtually any address within. Note that there are restrictions on some products (size and weight), and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.

We send heaps of parts all over the world using DHL and South African Post airfreight and in accordance with the OFAC regulations we do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Balkans, Cote d’Ivoire, Congo, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Syria. We are currently successfully exporting our famous concentrate overseas and are always happy to provide more countries the the opportunities of selling the best Slushie and coffee mix in the world(as far as we believe!) Please contact us so we get give you some special export pricing.

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR OWN LOCAL DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOM DOCUMENTATION FEES, WHICH ARE NOT COVERED IN THIS SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED ON THIS SHOPPING CART. These costs are billed and payed directly through the carrier. The risk of loss or damage in shipping is governed by terms and claims processing procedures of the carrier.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 business hours. 

Slushie & Coffee Machines are generally heavier and bulkier items, this may incur additional charges depending on which Slushie or Coffee Machine is selected and where it is being shipped to. Currently, some transport & couriers companies are charging a residential delivery fee and/or tailgate fee for machines and larger items. Should there be any extra charges we will inform you of the options available (Delivery to local Depot, other business address or the difference in payable).

The Slushie and Coffee Machines which we sell are generally 230V and are designed to use in the South Africa and other markets which are 220-240V, not the 110-120V US market. However, speak to us and we can see what we can do.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar. We reserve the right to adjust shipping accordingly including allowing free pick up from our  warehouse. Prices are subject to change without notice as per the transport company shipping costs that are passed on.
