All Machines are supplied in good faith from our suppliers and should there be parts discontinued, unavailable or price increases that we can not absorb we will be happy to offer a refund should we be unable to fulfill your order.

Return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping and 15% restocking fee. Note we cannot take back electrical components such as switches, circuit board and PCB.

Usually refunds are processed in a prompt manner once goods have been received by the seller. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
