Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges will be calculated at checkout, please contact us if you have specific shipping requirements.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most South Africa areas are serviced within three to five business days of ordering. f there are any extended delays expected on orders you have placed we will notify you as soon as possible. If you would like to enquire about specific time frames or the status of your order, please contact us. Contact Us

Our Freight Companies

We currently use DHL for all our freight needs, locally and interstate. This service is secure, logged and trackable if the need arises. Please ensure you provide a contact phone number so that DHL Express can contact you if needed. Goods will require signature on delivery.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes due to shipping restrictions (although this can be arranged with South Africa Post in some instances – please contact us in this instance as it may attract additional charges).

If the actual freight cost is more than the estimated price at the checkout we reserve the right to notify you with the correct cost.

Tracking your Shipment

As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you a shipping notification with your consignment tracking number. In most cases this will be with DHL Express. to view estimated delivery timeframe and current status of your shipment.

Delivery Direct from the Manufacturer

From time to time we may choose to ship items Direct from the Manufacturer in the case of bulky items or special orders. We do this to maximise our range on offer, and speed up delivery time so that your goods may be delivered as soon as possible.

International Orders & Shipping

For international orders, please email us with your desired product(s), quantity and destination to sales@overlandcoffeeandslushmachines.co.za and we will provide a quote with shipping estimates and help determine the best option for you.
